Fazenda Santuário Sul was founded in 2015 by Luiz Paulo Diaz Pereira. This project pretend to bring a global perspective to Minas Gerais, exploring new profiles of traditional Brazilian coffees and experimenting with more than 30 exotic varietals like this Gesha lot.
Through innovative cultivation practices and processes, the farm has settled ahead the market trends, achieving a brilliant record in the Brazilian Cup of Excellent awards.
Bourbon 300 also known as Bourboncillo or Bourboncito is a low-yielding, high-quality dwarf mutation of Bourbon originally from the Antigua Region of Guatemala. This cultivar tends to produce clean cup profiles with intense sweetness.
