Since 2019, the Eliza farm has been managed by the ChocoVilcaMundo family. It comes from generations of coffee growers in the Ibagué province of Colombia.
Together with Ecuadorians who know best the land, they grow award-winning coffees in the Ecuadorian Andes.
All the coffee is produced using organic methods while following an anaerobic process in the fermentation tanks for two days. After the coffee is depulped and washed, they are laid on beds for 15 to 20 days.
