In addition, Nestor Lasso has also been nominated as "Outstanding Coffee Producer" at the Sprudge Awards, down to his research and innovative methods in processing techniques.

It is a 100% Pink Bourbon microlot with a unique processing method that combines 72-hour anaerobic fermentation and a co-fermentation of coco yeast and coffee mosto that enhances the coffee´s complexity.
