The first coffee to hit the shelves is from Ethiopia. We know you are longing for this, and we are much more excited to introduce you this beautiful coffee from the Botto farm which is located in south of Jimma.

The farmer Mustafa Mohamed Ali has been producing this honey-processed Botto coffee for 2 years. He acquired these plots in the 1980s with the aim of perpetuating the family coffee production tradition. His father had his plots a few kilometers further south, which he has now also taken over. He wanted to use this farm, located in the village of Botto, to develop his activities. His coffee trees, planted in orchards, are spread over either side of the track leading to the village, at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters. He produces natural and honey-processed coffees on his 10.5 hectares of Botto land, using water-efficient and more environmentally-friendly practices wherever possible.

This honey-processed coffee is extremely luscious, sweet with notes of jasmine, honey, bergamot and apricots.
