DULCE - BRAZIL

Fazenda Sapecado is internationally known for producing and taking special care with the Arabica beans, a species that produces fine and refined quality coffees, has an intense aroma and the most diverse flavors. On the farm, coffee is more than a product. It is a delicacy that receives full time attention. Our coffees are grown in the well-kept fields of Sapecado Farm in Cravinhos-SP. The climate in the region is tropical in altitude, typical of the mountains and highly favorable to the maturation of Arabica coffee. The coffee plantation is in slightly sloping soil rich in mineral salts and protected from the wind. Harvesting is performed at the appropriate time, when 85% of the grains are already mature. Harvesting is mechanized and grain selection (processing) is done with machines equipped with photoelectronic devices where light beams identify non-standard fruits and automatically discard them. To ensure the freshness of the beans, our coffees are roasted weekly by one of the partners (master of roasting) at the Residencial Fazenda Sta. Maria unit in Cravinhos.

The Signature portfolio was idealized to enable markets the possibility to get high specialty coffees with consistent taste profile throughout the years. It shows very usual flavors from Brazil, from the regions we work in, and some exquisite and more difficult to find but rather easy to “construct” by our quality team. The Signature line is composed by 15 profiles initially idealized by Capricornio Coffees directors Edgard, José Antônio and Luiz Roberto and then validated by the Quality Control.

When we created this product and named with a worldwide spread name, we wanted to deliver a natural coffee full of taste, and even though produced in Brazil, with punchy fruity notes. This coffee is a cherry explosion and one of our best-sellers.
