From the fertile land of Huila in Colombia, "Finca Los Nogales” embraces five family generations with a great history of coffee plantation and love for the land.

Consolidated as a farm with social responsibility and environmental commitment, Aníbal Díaz is responsible for the sensorial and quality evaluation in coffee processing.

 

 2. SIDRA - NATURAL: FINCA EL DIVISO

VARIETAL: Sidra

PROCESSING: Thermal Shock Natural

ALTITUDE: 1,750 meters above sea level

PRODUCER: Nestor Lasso

REGION: Huila, Pitalito

TASTING NOTES: Cherry, Hint of Rose, Mango

Known for its exotic varietals and experimental processes, “El Diviso” has emerged as a renowned farm, producing coffees that have gained recognition in various disciplines of the World Coffee Championships.

In addition, Nestor Lasso has also been nominated as "Outstanding Coffee Producer" at the Sprudge Awards, down to his research and innovative methods in processing techniques.

3. PINK BOURBON - COCO NATURAL: FINCA BETANIA

VARIETAL: Pink Bourbon

PROCESSING: Co-Fermented Coco Natural

ALTITUDE: 1,710 meters above sea level

PRODUCER: Linarco Rodriguez

REGION: Palestina, Huila

TASTING NOTES: Coconut, Vanilla, Hazelnut

A wonderful example of the stunning work of Linarco Rodriguez, this coffee has been harvested following strict ripeness criteria, floated, and hand-sorted to remove any defects. 
It is a 100% Pink Bourbon microlot with a unique processing method that combines 72-hour anaerobic fermentation and a co-fermentation of coco yeast and coffee mosto that enhances the coffee´s complexity.
