Fazenda Santuário Sul was founded in 2015 by Luiz Paulo Diaz Pereira. This project pretend to bring a global perspective to Minas Gerais, exploring new profiles of traditional Brazilian coffees and experimenting with more than 30 exotic varietals like this Gesha lot.
Through innovative cultivation practices and processes, the farm has settled ahead the market trends, achieving a brilliant record in the Brazilian Cup of Excellent awards.

In order to preserve its original sweetness and complexity, this Gesha lot has been naturally processed. For 72 hours, the coffee cherries has been fermented anaerobically with a natural wild yeast called Selvatech. This process has shown impressive results in boosting the coffee’s original profile.

In the aroma, hints of lemongrass with caramel notes on the background.
In the flavor, vanilla and ginger, while sweet vanilla still lingers in the aftertaste.
In a round and smooth mouthfeel, the acidity remind us to stewed fruits.
